摘要

本调查的目的是确定伊朗西南部Ahvaz区猫的FeLV血清流行率，并评估年龄、性别、品种、生活方式和临床表现等风险因素。从60只伴侣猫和124只流浪猫身上采集血样，并用ELISA试剂盒测量针对FeLV的抗体滴度。血清阳性率为79.89%（95%可信区间：74.1-85.68%）。卡方检验显示年龄组与感染之间存在显著关系（p0.05）。总之，Ahvaz地区猫群的血清流行率非常高，临床表现与血清学结果之间存在显著差异。
