摘要唇癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。鳞状细胞癌是最常见的组织细胞癌类型，主要影响下唇。使用不同的技术来重建肿瘤切除术后的下唇缺损；然而，由于解剖位置会导致唾液积聚，从而推迟愈合过程，因此保留该区域的功能和美观性是一项挑战。我们提出了一个完整的下唇重建延伸到下巴通过使用Burow's三角形，显著改善了功能和美观的结果。

Modificación de la técnica de Bernard-Burow en la reconstrucción total del labio inferior: presentación de un caso
