Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about amiodarone treating patients with atrial fibrillation after heart valve replacement were searched from the establishment of the database to 24th September , 2019. After two people's independent literature screening and literature quality evaluation, relevant data were extracted and quantitative comprehensive analysis was conducted with Revman 5.3 software. \n \n \nResults \nA total of 7 articles were included, including 6 Chinese articles and 1 English article. There were 710 patients in total, including 363 cases in the experimental group and 347 cases in the control group. Quantitative synthesis was performed with Revman 5.3 software, and the results showed that amiodarone treatment for atrial fibrillation after valve replacement could improve the recovery rate of atrial fibrillation (RR=1.36, 95%CI: 1.20-1.54, P<0.05) . 摘要

目的探讨胺碘酮对心脏瓣膜置换术后房颤患者的临床疗效,为提高心脏瓣膜置换术后房颤患者的疗效提供参考依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、WILEY医学与护理学科数据库、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、万方数据库、VIP数据库和中国生物医学光盘。检索自数据库建立至2019年9月24日胺碘酮治疗心脏瓣膜置换术后心房颤动患者的随机对照试验(rct)。经过两人独立的文献筛选和文献质量评价,提取相关资料,使用Revman 5.3软件进行定量综合分析。结果共纳入文献7篇,其中中文文献6篇,英文文献1篇。共710例患者,其中实验组363例,对照组347例。采用Revman 5.3软件进行定量综合,结果显示胺碘酮治疗心房颤动瓣膜置换术后可提高心房颤动的恢复率(RR=1.36, 95%CI: 1.20 ~ 1.54, P<0.05)。窦性心律维持率增加(RR=1.41, 95%CI: 1.16 ~ 1.72, P=0.002), ICU监护时间缩短(MD=-1.09, 95%CI: -1.32 ~ 0.86, P<0.05),住院总天数减少(MD=-3.92, 95%CI: -4.25 ~ 3.59, P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮治疗瓣膜置换术后房颤可提高房颤恢复率和窦性心律维护率,减少ICU监护时间和住院总天数,值得临床推广应用。关键词:元分析;胺碘酮;Kedalong;心脏瓣膜病;心脏手术;心房颤动;心房颤动;治疗效果
