Arc-shaped resection of labia minora and crescent resection of redundant praeputium clitoridis were the two essntial surgical procedure, and 5-0 VICRYL Rapide was used for suturing the incision. \n \n \nResults \nThe 84 cases were operated with this mothod with satisfactory aesthetic result. Complications, such as hematoma, infection and poor wound healing, were not observed. Edema was resoluted after one to two weeks. After the reduction plasty of the labial labia, the vagina and perineum were completely covered in the natural state, without scar, also the sensitivity of clitoris was improved due to the better expoure post-operationally. \n \n \nConclusions \nThe same-stage reduction plasty for labia minora hypertrophy with redundant praeputium clitoridis is a reliable and effective method. 摘要

目的探讨小阴唇肥大伴阴蒂前体过厚的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月至2016年12月收治的84例患者。小阴唇弧形切除和月牙形切除多余阴蒂前体是两种必要的手术方式，切口采用5-0 VICRYL Rapide缝合。结果84例手术均获得满意的美观效果。未见血肿、感染、伤口愈合不良等并发症。水肿在一至两周后消退。阴唇缩小成形术后，阴道和会阴完全覆盖在自然状态下，无瘢痕，阴蒂也因术后更好的暴露而提高了敏感性。结论小阴唇肥大伴阴蒂前体赘肉同期缩小成形术是一种可靠、有效的治疗方法。既达到满意的审美效果，又提高了性敏感性，无血肿、感染和伤口愈合不良。关键词:阴蒂;重建外科手术;小阴唇肥大;减少成形术
