The purpose of the article is to study the most important educational competencies of specialists working in youth organizations in rural areas, based on the analysis of the impact of educational competencies of specialists on the directions in life for youth. Educational competencies of youth work include both general ethical competencies and specific professional competencies related to youth work. The study has been conducted in 2016 and 2021 to compare changes in educational competencies.
