The result of MTT assay showed that the IC50 (Median Inhibition Concentration) value was 10.01 mg/ml for the 48 hour treatment. The result of Real-time PCR showed that the expression of Bcl-2 and the anti-apoptotic gene significantly decreased 3 folds in treatment group. 摘要
