SMS. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Samples of this research are 60 employees of PT. SMS. The results of this research indicate that personal knowledge and job procedure has influence on the performance of employees at PT. SMS. While technology has a positive effect it is not significant to employees performance in PT. SMS. 摘要

本研究考察了个人知识、工作程序和技术对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用多元线性回归分析方法。本研究以PT。SMS的60名员工为样本。本研究结果表明,个人知识和工作程序对PT。SMS员工的绩效有影响。虽然技术有积极影响,但对PT。短信员工的绩效没有显著影响。BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK:Penelitian ini在个人知识、工作程序、,以及PT.SMS的运动技术。本研究中使用的分析数据主要是多元线性回归分析。试验样本为60名PT.SMS工人。试验结果表明,他们的个人知识和工作程序对PT.SMS的工人有显著影响。技术人员对PT.SM的工人有积极影响。
