摘要

本研究旨在研究巨茶卡罗tropis gigantea根、叶、花乙醇提取物的抗癌活性。本实验采用MTT法对乳腺癌细胞系T47D进行实验。结果表明,巨茶甘露根对乳腺癌T47D细胞株的细胞毒性(ic50 89.76 μg/mL)高于叶片(ic50 459.51 μg/mL)和花(ic50 >1000)。基于该结果,根是有效的化疗药物,特别是在乳腺癌。
