The patient underwentsegmental resection of the transverse colon, and histopathology analysis of the specimen revealeda lipoma. The patient was followed up for a year and 8 months after the resection and remainedhealthy. 摘要

结肠肠套叠是结肠脂肪瘤的一种罕见并发症。本研究报告了一例罕见的症状性横结肠脂肪瘤，可引起结肠肠套叠和下消化道出血。一名53岁的女性因间歇性疼痛、呕吐和粘液样便血住进卢旺达布申格省医院。体格检查显示腹部肿胀，压痛，直肠粘液带血。超声检查显示一个提示肠套叠的靶征。患者行横结肠分段切除术，并对标本进行组织病理学分析。患者在切除术后随访一年零八个月，并保持了健康。这项研究为复杂结肠脂肪瘤的治疗提供了指导，特别是在资源有限的情况下。
