摘要

我们报告一例58岁的男性，有多重症状性穿透性动脉粥样硬化性溃疡并伴有升主动脉壁内血肿。在升主动脉内植入24mm Gelweave移植物，成功治疗了患者。术后4天出院，术后14个月无症状。该病例独特地说明了罕见的穿透性动脉粥样硬化性溃疡合并壁内血肿，仅占所有急性主动脉综合征病例的0.28%。
