An emergency laparotomy was performed, finding plastron in the cecum and ascending colon, color changes, with purulent liquid and 5 cm in diameter, fixed to Toldt's. It was decided to perform a right hemicolectomy with an ileotransverse end-to-side anastomosis with adequate postsurgical evolution.
