Based on the differences in the C–Pd bonds, <i>C</i>, <i>C</i>-palladacycles can be further classified into several main types: C(aryl), <i>C</i>(alkyl)-, <i>C</i>(aryl), <i>C</i>(aryl)-, <i>C</i>(aryl), <i>C</i>(vinyl)-, and <i>C</i>(alkyl), <i>C</i>(carbonyl)-palladacycles.
