She underwent an internal hemipelvectomy type I resection, according to Enneking and Dunham's classification without bony reconstruction. There was no intra- and perioperative complication. The patient has good function and needs no gait aids. She can walk with equinus foot compensated for leg shortening 5 centimeters and without a shoe-lift. There is no sign of disease relapse.
