Data were collected using the data collection form, examining nurses' demographic characteristics (10 items) and the questionnaire (14 items).</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>In this study, the interclass correlation coefficient was calculated as 0.80. Items' suitability was assessed using the experts' opinions, and the internal consistency was examined considering the Cronbach's alpha value. Cronbach's alpha value ranged from 0.78 to 0.81 for the items in the scale. This value was 0.81 for all 14 items on the scale, and the reliability was found to be high.
