A separated and dedicated research was accomplished for each of 8 macroareas such as: skin and soft tissue, hand, breast, aesthetics, head and neck, trauma, burns and miscellaneous.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The findings for each macroareas included the choice of the antibiotic, the route and timing of administration and the clinical applications. 摘要
背景:我们的目的是提供一个单一的，可行的和用户友好的手术方案术前抗生素预防，以满足所有整形外科医生的需要。方法:通过Pubmed®(National Center for Biotechnology Information)、Medscape®(General Surgery)和Scopus®(Elsevier)的同行评议文献摘要和引文数据库进行研究，比较2010 - 2020年的现有数据。分别对皮肤和软组织、手部、乳房、美学、头颈部、创伤、烧伤和其他8个宏观领域进行了专门的研究。结果:各宏观领域的调查结果包括抗生素的选择、给药途径和时间以及临床应用情况。最后，回顾已被浓缩在一个手术算法抗生素的使用，适用于整形外科的各个领域。结论:为整形外科医生提供了一种有效的、易于操作的日常抗生素预防手术方案。
