摘要

目的:评价综合成角螺钉通道(ASC)基冠在美观区种植康复中的临床效果。方法:选取16例美学区采用ASC基冠进行单种植体支持康复的患者为研究对象。随访1年后，通过根尖周片、临床检查、视觉模拟评分(VAS)分析种植体的累积生存率、美观效果、种植体周围骨吸收、患者满意度。结果:综合ASC基冠在美观区种植体支持修复中的种植体累积成活率为100%。粉红色的平均审美指数达到9.5分，白色的平均审美指数达到9.4分。种植体的平均边缘骨损失中侧为(0.439±0.123)mm，远侧为(0.341±0.118)mm。VAS满意度平均为8.9分，表明所有患者对最终的修复效果都很满意。结论:采用一体化ASC基冠修复种植体是一种理想的美观区种植体修复设计，可在临床上推广应用。
