In a high-stakes arena such as healthcare, having all individuals engaged and ready to be part of the team is crucial. In this paper, we highlight a novel strategy for establishing effective communication and breaking down barriers. Through the implementation of a positive culture committee the neurosurgical department will improve relationships and performance. Goals and different strategies are addressed in the discussion.
