目的研究唇腭裂上颌骨修复术后瘢痕及上颌骨扩张联合牵拉对上颌骨发育的综合影响:在原有唇腭裂上颌骨有限元模型的基础上,利用 ANSYS 中的布尔运算建立唇腭裂上颌骨有限元模型。同时加入唇腭裂修复后的疤痕力和上颌骨扩张力与牵引力,进行应力分析:结果:上颌骨发生了三维方向的变形。位移对比如下:结论:结论:修复手术后,在疤痕和上颌骨扩张联合牵引的综合影响下,上颌骨在三维方向上的生长受到明显抑制,尤其是横向和矢状生长。
