摘要

肺类癌是一种相对罕见的肿瘤，具有低转移潜力。胸膜癌合并支气管类癌仅报告4例。由于这种情况的罕见性，目前还没有治疗或管理的指导方针。我们报告一例局部复发和胸膜转移的不典型类癌，在非根治性楔形切除后，经电视胸腔镜手术肺叶切除和全胸膜光动力治疗。
