The development of the nano-based system helped in delivering the drug in the desired concentration. Improvement in penetration property, bioavailability, and residence time has all been achieved by encapsulating drugs into liposomes, dendrimers, solid lipid nanoparticle, nanostructured lipid carrier, nanoemulsion, and nanosuspension.
