We built an Engaging Leadership Framework anchored on staff and patient values. Leadership builds both human capital and social capital in people through engagement. Better care begins with better people. People are best engaged and equipped to do their jobs well, learning each day to do their jobs better and innovating to do their jobs differently. The leader's role evolves from a management perspective to a leadership perspective, from control to engagement and from hierarchy to collectively.
