The effects of WEG on the proliferation/metastasis of lung cancer A549 cells and the expression of F-actin under various conditions were detected using MTT method, Real time cell analysis (RTCA) , and high content screening (HCS). Results Compared with the blank control group, the pro- liferation of A549 cells was obviously increased, cell migration was obviously elevated, and the area of cell skeleton was markedly enlarged in the TAMs + A549 group, with statistical difference (P <0. 05). Compared with the TAMs +A549 group, the proliferation and migration of A549 cells were inhibited, the area of cell skeleton and the number of microfilaments were reduced dose-dependently (P <0. 05). 摘要
