利用8个核微卫星标记中的4个,对分布在乌克兰的13个长春花狼物种的遗传多样性进行了研究。等位基因数量在8 ~ 25个之间。期望杂合度为0,690 ~ 0,938,观察杂合度为0,205 ~ 0,806。总体而言,所研究的乌克兰长春花属代表植物的遗传变异水平与白蜡花属相当。微卫星位点Vinc5、Vinc104、Vinc123、Vinc124可以成功地用于评估乌克兰灰狼属物种的种内和种间多态性。
