摘要

目的:研究马钱子油、沙、醋加工的抗炎镇痛作用的差异。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀扭体试验和小鼠热水甩尾潜伏期效应法,研究比较马钱子不同炮制品的抗炎镇痛作用。结果:醋加工马钱子的抗炎、镇痛作用优于油、砂加工产品。结论:本研究可为马钱子降毒增效的工艺优化提供理论依据。
