And the contents of iridoid glycosides in Swertia bimaculata,Swertia tenuis and Swertia pubescens were reported for the first time.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The results show that the contents of iridoid glycosides in Qingyedan medicinal materials have a significant difference due to the different species and producing areas. Therefore, these medicinal plants should not be used as alternative medicines for clinical application. 摘要

目的:比较清叶丹药材中环烯醚萜苷类成分的含量,为清叶丹资源的合理利用和原植物药的合理性提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定清叶丹药材中獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷和獐牙菜苦苷三种环烯醚萜苷类成分的含量。结果:9种药材中30个样品的成分差异有统计学意义。同时首次报道了獐牙菜、獐牙菜和獐牙菜中环烯醚萜苷的含量。结论:青叶丹药材中环烯醚萜苷的含量因品种和产地的不同而存在显著差异。因此,这些药用植物不应作为替代药物用于临床应用。选取獐牙菜苦苷和獐牙菜苷作为质量控制成分,该方法是鉴别和控制清叶丹药材质量的有效方法。
