The genetic variation mainly comes from the group of inside,the genes communication between populations is frequent,and the kinship between population is consistent with their geographic distance. 摘要

目的:了解甘肃省黄芪资源的遗传状况。方法:采用SSR分子标记技术采集黄芪资源,进行遗传多样性分析和聚类分析。结果:利用9条SSR引物对甘肃省6个主要地区的57份样品进行PCR扩增,扩增产物分子量在100 ~ 500 bp之间,多态性位点为82个,多态性率为97。平均多态性信息含量为0。438. 在种水平上,等位基因数为1个。976,有效等位基因数为1。459,Nei的遗传多样性为0。279,香农信息指数为0。431,群体遗传多样性度为0。248,群体间遗传分化为0。117,基因流量系数为3。775,遗传同一性为0。896 ~ 0。977.结论:甘肃黄芪资源相对纯净,遗传多样性丰富。遗传变异主要来自内部群体,种群间基因交流频繁,种群间亲缘关系与地理距离一致。此外,聚类分析结果表明,Core SSR引物能够区分黄芪和红草,相似度为0。但不能区分蒙古黄芪、黄芪和铜绿黄芪。
