{"title":"数字cad/cam椅侧工作流程用于重度牙列磨损患者康复的临床方案。","authors":"Fed Germano, Fra Germano, M Piro, C Arcuri, L Ottria","doi":"10.11138/orl/2017.10.3.247","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Objectives: </strong>The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effectiveness and to describe a clinical protocol with digital CAD CAM chairside workflow for the rehabilitation of severely compromised and worn dentitions.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This article reports 4 consecutive cases, where a clinical digital chairside workflow is used for the rehabilitation of severely compromised and worn dentitions. Advantages and limitations of this method compared with the traditional prosthetic protocol are also described and discussed.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>With all four patients treated with this protocol, we obtained a good aesthetic and functional result, improvement in chewing function, loss of cold sensitivity, better preservation of most of the left hard tissue and a good level of satisfaction.
