摘要

对20例复发性甲状腺肿(RG)手术患者进行分析。所有患者年龄37 ~ 73岁。单侧RG 6例，双侧RG 14例。以预防特定的术中并发症为目的，提出了最终半甲状腺或甲状腺切除术的独创方法。在RG手术中遵守动作算法可以防止喉返神经和甲状旁腺的损伤。
