Ocular manifestations the first presenting signs in patients with WG/GPA. We report on two patients diagnosed with WG/GPA and discuss their pertinent clinical findings. Our case report reviews the most common clinical manifestations and ophthalmic associations to compare them with the physical findings of two Hispanic patients.
