摘要

本文报告一例46岁男性，经高活性抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)后确诊为获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)，皮肤结节状病变持续2个月，皮肤活检诊断为组织性麻风病。患者接受标准的多细菌多药物治疗(MB MDT)两个月后，病变加重，随后每天服用利福平、氧氟沙星和米诺环素(ROM)，他对这些药物有反应。有趣的特征是HIV与组状麻风病的罕见关联，患者对传统的MB MDT没有反应，后来对每日ROM有反应。
