The Mediating Role of Work Alienation in the Effect of Workplace Ostracism on Employee Voice.

The aim of this study was to determine the mediating role of work alienation in the effect of workplace ostracism on employee voice. The research was conducted between 11 December 2020 and 27 April 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey. The research data were collected from employees of private hospitals in Istanbul.
