摘要

目的:探讨感染性眼内炎术后围手术期的护理问题。方法:收集2002年4月至2013年12月中山大学中山眼科中心收治的感染性眼内炎患者34例(35只眼)的病历资料，分析眼内炎术后的术前及术后护理。结果:34例(35眼)术后出现感染性眼内炎并发症。33例成功治愈，仅有1例(1眼)因铜绿假单胞菌感染未治疗。结论:围手术期护理对预防和控制术后感染性眼内炎的发生和发展起着关键作用。
