Structural simulation showed that Lys-Gly-Asp-motif (KDG) displayed functional conformation. The cyclo-heptapeptide exhibited potent anti-platelet aggregation activity based on specific recognition and interaction with the GPIIb-IIIa receptor on platelet cell membrane.
