摘要

目的:调查2003年10月至2004年6月间家鸽和野鸽体内刚地弓形虫特异性抗体的流行情况。方法:采集家鸽105只(母鸽55只，公鸽50只)，野鸽111只(母鸽53只，公鸽58只)，共216只。采用Sabin Feldman Dye Test (SFDT)检测血清中弓形虫抗体。结果105只家鸽(0.95%)和111只野鸽(0.90%)血清弓形虫抗体均呈1∶16滴度阳性。结论:在土耳其Niğde地区首次对家鸽和野鸽进行了弓形虫病血清学研究。
