摘要
提出了一种在核苷酸间键形成阶段进行亲核分子内催化的、用于寡核苷酸磷酸三酯法的含有2′- o -甲氧基甲基和2′- o -(对硝基苯氧基)甲基的单体核糖核苷酸合成方法。结果表明,含2′- o -(对硝基苄氧基)甲基的合成子可用于高产率的磷酸三酯寡核苷酸的自动合成,含甲氧基甲基的合成子可得到2′- o修饰的寡核苷酸。
