摘要

结核病是我国一个主要的公共卫生问题。腹结核在肺外定位中排名第三，占摩洛哥各种地形形式的3%。胰腺和胰腺周围的病变比腹膜和肠道的病变要少见得多。它们表现为假性肿瘤，需要紧急诊断。我们报告在第五军医院普外科观察到的一例胰腺结核。
