摘要

目的:实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶chani反应(rRT-PCR)在中国脊髓灰质炎实验室网络脊髓灰质炎病毒鉴定中的应用及评价。方法:采用世界卫生组织推荐和美国疾病预防控制中心开发的实时实时RT-PCR方法,对中国脊髓灰质炎网络实验室分离的10株脊髓灰质炎病毒进行非典型内分化(ITD)和疫苗衍生脊髓灰质炎病毒(VDPVs)筛选。将10株菌株的Real-time RT-PCR结果与VP的区域测序结果进行比较。结果:10株菌株的Real-time RT-PCR结果与VP1区测序结果不完全一致。5 .
