摘要

目的:通过对接种后死亡病例的分析，评价疫苗的安全性。方法:收集和分析上海市2006-2008年疫苗接种后相关死亡病例信息。结果:在6例接种后死亡病例中，1例为罕见的免疫后严重不良事件(AEFI)和过敏性疾病引起的呼吸和循环衰竭。另外5例与疫苗接种无关。结论:偶合事件是疫苗接种后死亡的常见类型。监测免疫接种后不良事件是处理免疫接种后死亡病例的关键措施。
