[Antiphospholipid syndrome: pathophysiology and clinicobiological aspects].

Due to its heterogeneity and pathogenesis diversity, antiphospholipid syndrom remains a challenge for researchers more than a century after first antibody, the anticardiolipin antibody for syphilis diagnosis was discovered.
