家蚕Bmrbp1基因在家蚕染色体上的定位可以为研究家蚕Bmrbp1基因的功能和建立家蚕物理遗传图谱奠定基础。本研究以家蚕的一个性别调节基因rbp1为探针,对其减数分裂染色体进行了FISH(荧光原位杂交)检测。实验结果表明:该基因为常染色体单拷贝基因,位于家蚕减数分裂第5染色体相对长度为38.806 +/- 1.080%的位点。
