Six weeks after leaving the hospital she was assited in Emergencies by an infectious mononucleosis associated to unilateral tonsillar necrotizing ulceration from which a sample was taken to microbiological exam finding the fusospirochaetal complex Borrelia vincenti and Fusobacterium necrophorum.
