These minerals included: calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, and zinc. Mineral intakes are estimated from one 24-hour dietary recall interview. Population means, medians, and standard errors of the mean are weighted to produce national estimates, and are presented by sex and age groups.
