摘要

目的:探讨参麦注射液(SM)对DPPH自由基所致离体兔心肌损伤的保护作用。方法:采用离体兔心脏灌流制备Langendorff模型。记录左室压(LVP)、LVP一阶导数(+dp/dtmax)、左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)和心率(HR)。测定冠状动脉血流(CF)和肌酸激酶(CK)。结果:0.25 μ mol/L的DPPH灌注5min后,LVP和+dp/dtmax降低,LVEDP升高,CK释放增加,心功能明显受损。参麦注射液(1:20 20)预处理10 min,可显著改善心功能,降低CK释放。结论:参麦注射液对离体家兔心脏自由基(DPPH)所致心肌损伤具有一定的保护作用。
