摘要

目的:探讨子宫输卵管造影(HSG)联合宫腔镜-腹腔镜对女性不孕症的诊断价值。方法:对133例经临床诊断的女性不孕症患者行输卵管造影和宫腔镜-腹腔镜检查，并对结果进行回顾性分析。结果:两种方法诊断子宫宫颈不孕症的符合率为80.2%，诊断输卵管不孕症的符合率为89.7%。结论:输卵管造影联合宫腔镜-腹腔镜检查是目前诊断女性不孕症的最佳方法。
