This RNA oligomer has hairpin and duplex structures at high concentration (1 mM) of the sample even at low NaCl concentration (5 mM). In the hairpin structure, GC base pairs by the loop-loop interaction are formed. 摘要
采用核磁共振技术研究了含四膜虫I族内含子环9.1a区20 mer RNA的溶液结构。该RNA寡聚物在样品的高浓度(1mm)和低NaCl浓度(5mm)下均具有发夹和双相结构。在发夹结构中,GC碱基对通过环环相互作用形成。通过对NOESY测量结果的研究,并与序列进行比较,推测该环区与环5c相互作用。
