With flatpanel technology the image production process is shortened by 25-30%. Major advantages in the implementation of integrated RIS, PACS and flatpanel detector-system are increases in quality because most errors in picture labeling can be avoided, easier handling, without the need for cassettes and the possibility of image post-processing.
