摘要

601例患者中有15例(2.4%)采用人工培养基培养的人同种异体成纤维细胞治疗持续性尿瘘,其中392例为经膀胱腺瘤切除术,111例为外生殖器及小骨盆枪伤,98例为闭合性骨盆外伤、膀胱及后尿道损伤。成纤维细胞移植前在微载体上进行生物反应器培养。同种异体成纤维细胞生长培养的应用使住院时间减少到7.5天。该方法简便,对住院患者有效。使用同种异体成纤维细胞可以创建用于临床实践的细胞移植库。
