A trans STT, trans capitate perilunate dislocation of the carpus A case report

We report a case of carpal injury not previously described, associating three lesions of the carpus secondary to a hyperextension mechanism: fracture of the capitate, scapho-trapezio-trapezoid sprain and lunotriquetral ligament rupture. The patient was operated by percutaneous pinning after closed reduction. The capitate fracture was not fixed. At follow-up, the patient had no restriction of his everyday activities and was very satisfied.

Nous rapportons un cas de lésion carpienne originale associant 3 lésions et secondaire à un mécanisme d'hyperextension: une fracture du capitatum, une entorse de l'articulation scapho-trapézotrapézoïdienne, et une rupture du ligament luno-triquétral. Le patient a été opéré par brochage percutané après réduction orthopédique. La fracture du capitatum n'a pas été synthésée. Au recul d'un an, le patient était satisfait sans limitation dans les activités quotidiennes.

Relacionamos un caso de traumatismo carpiano que no se había descrito previamente, el cual asocia tres lesiones del carpo secundarias a un mecanismo en hiper extensión: fractura del hueso grande, esguince del ligamento escafotrapezotrapezoideo y lesión del ligamento lunopiramidal. Después de la reducción ortopédica se fijó la reducción con agujas. La fractura del hueso grande no se fijó. En el último control, no existe limitación en las actividades cotidianas y el paciente esta muy satisfecho.
