摘要

研究了脂氧合酶抑制剂亚油酸-羟肟酸的水溶性形式对家兔动脉粥样硬化(消化道模型)的影响。结果表明,在动脉粥样硬化发展过程中,抑制脂氧合酶活性可显著减少脂质斑块和脂质沉积面积,降低血液中胆固醇含量,改善血液中自由基对脂蛋白的修饰。
