摘要

本文对25例15 ~ 42岁的重度再生障碍性贫血患者进行综合治疗初期脾切除术的疗效评价。尽管在术后14-21天和60天,出血综合征有所缓解,供体血小板输注需求减少,外周血网织红细胞、白细胞和粒细胞绝对数量持续上升,但没有患者获得缓解。所有患者随后均接受免疫抑制剂治疗。
